Mirimiri

Mirimiri is a traditional māori healing modality utilising energy, our kaitiaki (guardians/guides) and physical touch to reintegrate wellness within the physical body. Stagnant energy and dis-ease within the body can be rebalanced with a mirimiri session. Likewise, it can increase serotonin and dopamine levels naturally - which can assist with those living with anxiety and depression.
It is mostly intuitive and can include sequences practiced in massage therapy. Not all sessions are the same, and occasionally messages come through from loved ones or kaitiaki (guardians) whom make themselves known. Messages may come to me, or directly to the person receiving the mirimiri.

Raindrop Technique

The Raindrop Technique is a method using a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils applied on your spine and on the feet. High quality essential oils are placed on the reflex points on the feet where the spine is represented.

Contraindicated for persons with eczema and dermatitis.
Please inform us if you have any metal or plastic (including silicone) implants.
